All calls made through the Unigy Soft Client for iOS can be voice recorded and audited to ensure that users are complying with financial regulations.
• The Favorites application provides users with access to their configured Dial Tone, Private Wires and Speed Dial lines (up to 600)
• The Directory application provides access to all of your Unigy contacts as well as your local IOS contacts
• The Speakers application enables users to access their dedicated private wires, TV audio and hoots supporting up to 16 active calls at once
